Jake Shears publicarà un disc de títol homònim el dia 10 d’agost, 6 anys després del darrer disc de Scissor Sisters, que es troben un període de reflexió, fent altres projectes al marge.
Durant aquest temps el cantant ha publicat la seva autobiografia, ha fet teatre i alguna col·laboració amb altres artistes. Aquest serà el seu debut en solitari.
Per anar obrint boca, ha compartit un primer avançament, Creepy City, que ve acompanyat d’un videoclip.
